Just thought people might increase the budget next year,
Even if it's just to keep up with inflation.
i decideed yesterday im gonna drop a 1000 leaflets a week, and 200 letters to business a month :) hiring a canvasser too, so my marketing is gonna probably be about 4000 next year, but hoping to get to a level where i can employ so i need it :)

My budget for next year for advertising will be £0.00
I may buy a few business cards if i run out but thats it.

i will continue to get my free flyers, cards and T-shirts from vista print, thus i will pay a couple of times for the postage ( under 5 quid a time )

Im not sure about continuing with yell.com advertising.. i'll have to see how it goes.
However i will be stepping up my flyer campaign. Got 5,000 A5 double sided on 250gsm for £104, designed by me ;D Will be dropping them to the areas i wish to target on a tri monthly basis. (Dont want to p everyone off with a leaflet every month). And also do canvassing when i have the time.
I will also be pursuing a email campaign to all letting agents every 3 months for end of tenancy cleaning which i do also. Including a mail shot to them once.
Im also waiting on my SAFEcontractor registration, so once i have that i can add that to my commercial flyers (i have seperate commercial and residential flyers) and get a mail shot sent to specific companies i wish to target.
I may also design a specific gutter clearance flyer - and market that, along side the window cleaning.
2009 its gonna be great! :P

Pretty minimal advertising to be honest probably spend forty pounds or so on business cards to push my gutter cleaning along. Although i've got a dreadful week next week i'm normally pretty busy. Working on your own you can only take on so much work.
