Title: advice about a rugged pump controller

got a new rugged pump controller from WCW today got it working but can not get a desent flow throu my pole ,i dont have a air lock tryed resetting it a couple of times still no joy help

I have never heard of a rugged pump controller.

I've the mk 1 version of that, never had a problem.
What pump and psi are you using with it? what type of hose and how many meters ?

got in touch with wcw on thursday , they couldn't work out what was wrong so they sent me a new one next  day, great service ,working ok so far do a proper test on monday they have never had this problem with with this flow controller before ,some one had to get a bad one
