Does anyone have a customer check list i can send customer to see if they are happy with our service?

I would avoid giving customers check lists. When you get a problem they will use it as a stick to beat you. Suggest you do your own quality checks and visit jobs regularly

Just ask them for a quote about the service you offer, tell them its for your website, you should be able to judge for yourself then!
