hi guys,

It really depends on what windows they are. if they are 3mx3m glass with no frames, probably 100m hr.
if they are georgian sashes, about 25m hour with the pole.
Trad cleaning and scraping windows for builders clean usually takes 2 - 3 times as long as just cleaning them.
these are only blind estimates. condition of frames, how dirty the windows are, have they previously been trad cleaned, how high they are, are all things to consider.

We charge between 4 & 6 times the price of a normal clean. This isnt always enough as they can be realy bad. i.e. small new build 4 bed house £50 - £80

gary evans, ;) thank you for your sense. someone asked another qusestion about a load of apartments the other day, first clean and then needed claening every month - 6 weeks. i said put in a high price (3x normal price) and was laughed off the thread. p :)eople seemed to think i got that sort of money every hour of every week. they imagined that they could wave their pole (ha ha!) at the glass and it would be job done. they do not realise how much time is spent getting sticky crap off the windows (3 and 4 story windows). anyway, cheers for the sense.
