Title: Flyer advice required
Post by: Chris Galloway on October 07, 2008, 02:31:33 pm
Im looking to get some new flyers printed, and hand deliver, and follow up with knocking on doors a couple of days after delivering.

What id like to know is,

what size do you think would be better A5 or A6?

130 ish gsm or 300gsm thickness?

Anything else should be thinking about?

Chris,

We use a business card, which has our services on it, and has print on both sides.
We have found that we get more calls from these, as people tend to keep them, flyers tend to be picked up with the other flyers and binned.
Got this idea from someone on here, and its a goer for sure.  ;)

Problem is you cant get good pictures of b4 and after and a business crad. Alot of advertising is about image. a picture paints a thousand words or whatever the saying is.

I read somewhere here, that "bookmark" sized card flyers are a thought as people may use them for book marks.

I do have business cards, but for getting a message across before i turn up with my business cards and a nice smile in my best, i was thinking of flyers..

well i'll take the advice on board. Thanks.
