HI everyone.
Can anyone please help me.
I have been asked to give a quote for an end of tenency clean on a two bedroom apartment.
Theres two bedrooms, open plan Kitchen, Dining Room and sitting room and a bethroom and hallway.
I dont want to charge 10.50 per hour like i do for domestic cleaning because I know more profit is in charging by the size of property.
Any ideas please?

Depends on where you are based in the uk I do 2 bedroom end of tenacy cleans every week and charge between £180 minimum if it is an Estate Agent I know - to £290 depending on how dirty it is usally takes two cleaners 5 hours @ £7ph =£70 and a minimum of £110 profit for me that is if you charge £180 I would go in at around £210 but remember all my customers are slap bang in the middle of central London if you are based further up north or out of London customers do not part with their money so easy hope this helps

I would be looking at charging min. of £15 per hour with cleaning materials an extra.
Therefore depends on condition as to how long.

We do not do many Tenancy Cleans, but the ones we do seem to be last minute, On this job you will be better off not charging by the hour, but do calculate the hours for your own calcualtions ie: make sure you see the property first and estimate how long it will take- calculate what it is going to cost for the labour - add your margin, that will give you a figure that you are willing to do it for.
Also factor in the day / time the client wants you to do it - ie : evening / weekend ect.... as this will effect your labour cost, and you will get away with more...
Hope this helps...

I have to charge by the hour in Banbury and 20 mile radius as that is what the other companies are charging at, and as I am new I need the work.
