Title: Whats best method / product for removing heavy black ink stain?

Same house has a 2" black ink stain, still wet to the touch, again on a cream wool content carpet, any advice for best methods / product for this type of stain removal much appreciated.

Paul,
If the ink hasnt dried then it is unlikely to be water based so i would use which ever solvent you have available.
Make customer aware that it may be permanent.
