Title: been on ladders last 2 days

well can say i honestly dont miss it or envy you guys

however i know id soon loose me beer belly with ladders, im ruined lol!!

been saving rainy day jobs ie gutters conserv roofs

cleaning out gutters are killers!! but good money

up and down up and down, brought back all my memories of pre wfp days hehe, i must say i wasnt nervous on them, felt happy right up the top cleaning out t he gutters

yes, with baracades around me, satey signs, hi vis jackets, harnesses, lashed the ladder off all times...lol  ;D

Glad you ain't lost your bottle - I have!!! Since I went wfp 3 years ago I have found i have got worse and worse with ladders. On my regular round I am 100% wfp but the occasional job comes up that involves the use of a ladder. Each time I hate it yet when I was trad I never gave climbing a ladder a second thought.

yeh ive been wfp 3 years or so now, but been on ladders since i were a lad lol, started when i was quite young at 15 in my summer holidays, and on and off till 18 when started proper on ladders for 2 years, fell twice so decided to go wfp, and have been for 3 years now 23  ;D

hehe, first fall hurt, second fall shocked me, both times i was rushing an not paying attention

after second fall next day i went and bought wfp

wasnt too happy up ladders today most of my work and all new work is wfp been off the ladders once NEVER want to try that again

i've been on ladders for the last 20 years mate

no beer belly here, legs are solid love it!!!

when i meet new window cleaners, i can tell straight away if they are trad or wfp...
just look at the hands and the belly ;D

I enjoy using ladders been using them for window cleaning since 1987 so kind of find it hard to give them up even though i do also use WFP.

Ive been wfp for 9 yrs now ,and still do ladders  ;D on some domestic work, stops my brain going numb.
