hello hellohello have you seen that wc round for sale on ebay the guy is asking £40.000 for round avareges £3000 a month  :o ??? :'( most un realistic asking price i have ever heard keep on dreaming man  :) just maybe

hmm in a nice area maybe? room for improvement?

I thought the going rate was like 4-5 times the round so really that should be about £12k - £15k

As you said, un realistic.. good luck to them if they manages to sell it at that price thou :P
