Title: another commercial price building 1

Ive spoke to NWH and weve thought of some prices, ive been asked this week to price up 3 nursing homes and a hotel, after seeing the other post i thought id up load mine except for the hotel.

This is Building one, ive only taken pics of front as its the same at the back so how much

He has already seen it i think, just hasnt got pic cos its same amount of windows..

The back is similar to the front, they want this done every 2 months, if i get it its a 3 year contract with no price rises in that period.

i reckon 1.5 hour to do without rushing, so i would  quote £80 - £90, your going to need a 40 foot plus pole to reach those set back windows or do from inside
