Don't tell me you did that on your own, if you did, I would employ you!

Hi

Yeah man.

Started at 7am (first garden photo is a little dark) finished at 6pm, 2nd day started at 9am finished at 4 pm (took four hours to fill the skip) had to dance on it to get everything to fit!

Good earner though ;)

Hi Ant

Got to be honest, I absolutely loved doing it, was shattered though.

Can you tell me how you got a contract to do them, as I do painting & decorating also, would love to do more of these (good earner) hoping to paint this one after the architects have been in.

the first clean we did on a void property for a housing association and the contracts manager came to check the painting as they had had a lot of problems with the decorators.
He turned up and we were just finishing off the clean and the painting was shocking.  My misses said that we could do better and ever since we have done the redecs.  He gave us the schedule of rates and said if we could work tothose rates we could have the contract.  So we landed it by chance really.  They came out and inspected the first one we did and since then we have had about 4 or 5 a month to do.
We get the initial clear out and clean then the re-dec then the final clean. So providing we dont make too much mess on the decorating the final clean is a peice of cake.
