Hi All,
Just recieved an e-mail from a management company who have taken over an estate they want me to quote for 9 apartment blocks [ 3 storey ] they already have a company who looks after all facilities but want to cut their duties , inc window cleaning, i assume they want it cheaper , any advice, ie prices for flats for a company against private etc , pitfalls ,what to ask, contract length, ave cleans per year all the sort of stuff that wont make me look a complete numpty and get the contract. many thanks in advance for all the good stuff you're hopefully going to tell me. n/w based

they already have the contract, and they know how much they are getting for the windows.

Phone them, ask them what price they want you to do them for. They know the % they want from this.

They are hoping you or another company will quote low beyond their % that they want, in order to make more money from you, so get in their and ask them.

Again ask them what regularity they want.

first you really need to know what your qouteing for, as you have asked ave cleans per year, you need them to tell you how many times they want it cleaned

No, no probs.

How can you receive an email from a company asking for prices without them saying who they are.

Sounds like it may be another window cleaner wanting you to supply a price and save him the time working it out for himself. You know, you say £100 so he goes in at £90, also you get a lot of this when the usual cleaner asks for an increase, so the company will then shop around to see if he is still competitive.

But you should have the company address
