Hot wfp  ;D

I'll second that. Snails trails come off easier if the brush goes in the same direction as the snail trail.

Customers complaining equals less money so I would use a bit more elbow grease, possibly a green pad like you get for doing the dishes as well, but most of all make sure they come off.

try a bit of ammonia in your water, smells a bit, but cuts through all kinds of stuff.
Where do you get the ammonia from?

I used to use it about 12 years ago. The local cleaning supplies shop sold it by the gallon. Hurts a bit if you spill it on your hand, but ok if you rinse hand straight away.  Wasn.t expensive. Customers were impresssed with the smell but not so much on the inside of offices!1

Squeegee off or Glass Gleam 4, no problems whatsoever.

Try using a porcupine sleeve from Ettore as well, gives that extra bit of abrasive action, without having to use any abrasive pad on the end of the sleeve.
