Title: wcp george import help

Hi,

Have been trying to import data from george today i believe i have followed things correctly from the wcp website but everytime i go to import the round i get the message "no customers could be read from the file, This normally indicates that the wrong number of fields were exported" I have e-mailed wcp through the program but haven't had a reply (must be busy) so thought i would ask on here if anyone else had this problem and if they know what i'm doing wrong.

Sorry for not replying sooner. Could you send me one of the export files from George so that I can check it over.
