Post by: LWC on September 26, 2008, 02:10:57 pm
now im all up and running with window cleaner pro, its made me think i need more contact details. especially on the debts screen as that would be well handy, also if ever i came to sell a round would be good having all that info. i also want to ween them over to online banking, would be a lot better! (in theory)

anyway, ive written this up, do you think it sounds ok?

i started it off with thank you for your custom this year again please could you spare a couple of minutes for me to fill this out

You now have an ID number unique to yourself which is …………..

Full Name      ………………………………………………..
Telephone No      ………………………………………………..
Mobile No      ………………………………………………..
Email Address      ………………………………………………..

If you already pay via online banking please skip this section.

More and more of our customers have now started paying online via online banking transfers or paying through the website. If you are an internet user this is much easier for you and more convenient as you will not have to send the payment via post.

If you already use online banking you will already know how simple it is to transfer money. We will leave a ticket with our account details on and you simply transfer the money direct to our account.

Alternatively if you don’t use online banking, not a problem you can pay by with your debit or credit card on the website. All cards are accepted. Finally you can use Paypal if you already have an account.

Would you be interested in paying online? (Y/N) …..
If so which method? (Bank Transfer/Paypal/Nochex)………………….

Thanks again

maybe something like "you are reminded payment must be sent within 14 days and if received more than 30 days later a late fee will be added"

this is on all my tickets, is it cheecky to put it out again?

I have been for years saying payment should be send within 48 hours of clean, if payment is not recieved within 21 days then a late payment fee will be added for every 21 days late.

I have now changed this because I am nice, it is now within a week, if payment is not cleared before the next clean late payment fees is auto added to next clean payment, not made again they are charged again and again then suspended ( I do not tell them that part)
