Title: TDS Reading Very High

Can anyone help me with this please. I just changed my two filters and rasin and 3 Membrains on my 6 stage 300 Galons a day filtering System but getting around 23PPM TDS Reading. Water comes out from the tap as around 350PPM.

Im sure it takes a while for the RO membranes to "bed in" as it were.. Im sure my manual said to flush them for an hour! have to check you own for the ro unit you have..

For some reason your resin canister is not working.  It will be the resin that keeps your output at 000ppm.

how long did you leave it between changing filters etc and taking your reading and did you flush your system through for 10 mins or so after putting new filters in.

Good reading with that RO.

NWH helpfull as ever, why can't you post something to help people instead of being a full time twat.
I don't know why his reading is that high as i don't have that problem with my set up.

Silly question but I know it does happen, have you got the inlet and outlet connected the right way

Hi its strange I have had it conected to water almost two hours now since I changed filters and resin, membrains I replaced about 6 wks agoo. And its gone up to 30 - 35 PPM from 23PPM Within last two hours.

Just check that you put it back together correctly are you using the 10"D/i if so you may have put the cannister back in upside down.

I did that and mine shot up
