Title: Pricing for a detached bungalow

I am in the south west, devon.

What would you charge for a detached bungalow with 6 windows, 1 patio door, 3 doors (including side garage).

I was thinking £14

How much on top for the Conservatory 3m x 3m?

£8 for the bungalow (monthly) and around £30 for a one off conservatory roof.

For me single story £1 a window £2 for a patio double door, and £0.5 for a garage type single side door.

so about £8 - 10.

Cons depends how dirty, how much working space to get around it etc. about £10-15 for a reg cleaning.

Another thing is id do it cheaper if a can come and go as i please.. rather than them saying oh no not this week, its gonna rain!  >:(

If the con roof hasn't been done for a long time, I charge 3 times whatever I would charge for the same area of window.
That's because whatever it looks like from the floor, they are almost always a lot dirtier than you think.

just roughly because I cant see it I would say £10 from your description.

Thats about on the mark £14 .Cons roof i charge £60 once yr.

The way i've read it the con roof does'nt come into it just the bungalow + the conservatory. Windows £8.00 with con every 4weeks £15
