Title: Taking on someone else

Me and my wife work together but are thinking about getting someone to help us 1-2 days a week so we can get through it quicker coming into winter.

just wondered how anyone else does it

A) Pay them £x per day
B) Pay them £x per hr
C) Pay them a % of work cleaned

A) its ok, just make sure you make the amount you want to
B) probably the best as youll get it more accurate, whereas with day rte you might not get alot done that day, with hourly rate and you finish at 2 you pay them for the hours they worked
C) no cause theyll work out how much you earn lol  ;D
