Your next step after conversion, is to cover the bottom section in heat shrink sleeving to match your company colours.

-
sole trader with lots of mates who clean windows ::)
-
lol.....ive trained two . nephews to help me out .......it,s hard graft when your on your own...a bit of banter with someone else helps....but i would love to move the operation onto the next level but it,s finding the right person...at the right price if iam honest
-
mr thorpe this is the way iam thinking of going ......does it work ?...4 or 5 people you can train who can put the odd day in for you ....so you can continue to grow the business
-
non non mon ami
i just pass work on ;D
i know 20 plus wcers
we mostly help each other out
i mainly work alone ;)
but what you just descibed works well
speshly if they have their own public liability ins
-
what ever ;D
-
dont ever pass work on to /or work with anyone who relies on benefits for income
obvious maybe
blokes with jobs who need more cash are better motivated and less hassle imo
-
i would never use dole boys.......i have had younger members of my family help me out though the odd day for pocket money
-
and they are motivated they love it......benifit cheats....would,nt p*** on them if they were on fire...sorry if thats strong
-
lol...they do get tired and like to eat all day and answer ther mobile ....but its just pocket moneythey get, and we have a giggle but they do do a good job
-
yea to jump from earning a good living to employing.... is another big jump and a risk to your livery hood but others have done it on here and it,s worked...and not worked too >:(

don't know what happened then.................been using them since Groundhog reccomended them.
Work well, only problem is they turn your hands grey after a bit unless you wear gloves. Won't be a problem in the winter
