Title: vw transporter wanted t30 or t32 130bhp

Post by: STEVE-UK on September 20, 2008, 11:41:55 pm: alan - i would prefer a 174, but you dont get them for under 10k thats why have stated the 130 as you can get them for around 9k inc vat as its the same 2.5 engine 5 cylinder engine.i dont even want to pay that really

NWH - there the only payloads im after as i want 650 litre + water tanks

Post by: alanwilson on September 21, 2008, 10:47:06 am: even the t28 102bhp has a 1 tonne payload which is more than adequate for a 650ltr tank. t30 probably best option, you can get a 174 for less than 10k but not many around at that price. whichever you choose they are superb vans

They are silly quick for a van.

Post by: alanwilson on September 21, 2008, 10:58:59 pm: I have the 174bhp sportline, its chipped now as well, probably somewhere around 200bhp now. Its pretty quick for sure but handles nicely too.
