For a really perm bond try plastiweld, you can get it from your local model shop, If it's not what you want then they are bound to have something suitable. There' many ways to stick those airfix planes together you know!

Thanks, it is for a gear numpty with lift reverse I tried some stuff that said it sticks and holds anything (total rubbish as it came off a day later)

have you tried araldite?

squirt some silicone sealant in it and jam it on. leave it over night, should be fine.
wipe up seapage with a damp cloth before it goes off.

go to a double glazing shop and get some glue and spray, dab a bit of glue on each side of the item you wish to stick together, then spray the applicator spray to the whole area, and believe me it sticks instantly and you will not be able to get it apart, will cost about £ 12 and lasts forever
