Man, if that is kosher, it sounds well worth it- however how can you guarantee after 6400 layout you wont lose commercial customers- especially in the current financial climate

theres no guarantees in life.
there is death and tax, and the fact that you wont be very successful buying work and doing business with that attitude, i wouldnt buy commercial work if i wasnt sure that like most at the minute, they wont be trying to undercut me, even the big firms are being dropped at the minute for fun

Hi Can you tell me why your selling up
-
I am selling because I have moved away from London and I want to concentrate on the work where I live.

Hi Ben,
Is the 15 hours for one man starting at night and working through? or done on a Friday with two men = 7.5 man hours?
How long has the work been established?

Seandyer2003, ya post in haste repent at leisure. :-X You are right of course but the point of my post was that very few if any businesses come with concrete guarantees that customers will remain or will not be targeted by competition.
Most service contracts arn't worth the paper they are written on as it is easy for any company to question delivery of service should they wish to terminate the contract.
Looks like good value to me, based on details outlined.
