Title: Why delete window cleaning posts?
Post by: R.V.A Window Cleaning Services on September 08, 2008, 11:56:44 pm
Getting a bit fed up with posts being deleted, lock it or move it. cleanit up GOD is only for fun your not really him. Someone asks about w/c & prof cube and it gets deleted quicker than i can wipe my arse but any crap that simple simon puts on here stays. This forum is getting like F1 :(

Jehovah's witness?

Will this post stay? only if the the mods are JWs or Simon posts on it :-X

why delete  it? iv locked it and its just a poll to do with window cleaning as it's a widespread rumour that a lot of window cleaners are jws.

OK then put a poll up for jewish w/c indian w/c C of E w/c gay w/c straight w/c one legged w/c etc etc. Why not have one night of poles only sorry polls. My point was the topic deleted was to do with w/c and again we will be told it wasn't.

Maybe i would do if it concerned me and window cleaning.  ;D

I agree that threads shouldnt necassarliy be deleted especially if they are actually concerning wc as they are a great resource for beginners and people looking for experienced answers to their questions. Thats why i started coming here afterall!

OK then explain why you deleted bwoofie's thread, all he was asking was what will be invented next to clean windows after WFP.
OK some of the replies would be silly but then look at the other replies to the other 1million posts on here.

Shame the thread was locked. I know that many JW's have window cleaned at some point, to fit in with their other commitments.

I personally would have found the poll interesting.

I still cannot get my head round this JW business.

To be honest they annoy the crap out of me when they knock on my door (last time I was peering round the door in my boxers confronting a woman who didnt seem to understand that I was preoccupied and not prepared to stand there in my underwear talking to her about why God lets children die) IMO it has no place on here and so long as it stays that way so far as Im concerned thats fine and dandy.

If they spout their stuff on here it turns most off, hardly attractive is it.

Why have a go, we are just doing our jobs and had a tough time of it lately, when you have to delete over 20 bad posts at a time , you dont have time to pick through them, so just delete them.

the first and most important thing is this is a window cleaning forum for window cleaners and so there is no room for religion if you would like to see peoples beliefs find another forum simon and others who bring different subjects to this forum thanks

H2o,
There are a lot of JW window cleaners, many of them on this forum and they are really nice guys. What you don't understand is that many other similar topics have been started before and it always turns ugly. It has started on this thread already, take a look at Matt's post.

Believe me some dreadfull things have been said in the past. Certain topics are inflamatory, such as earnings, or high end ionics systems.

This forum has got a lot better lately, and although a few have mentioned simon he is not malicous or threatening and admitts to a nervous compulsion.

I understand what you are saying but the  topic i am on about that was deleted was about window cleaning, nothing more. As for other topics you are right any time i back ionics (as i have 2 of there systems) i'm told i'm a spy or Mr R himself. If the name don't fit ::)

The JW poll is still active. You just cant leave comments on it as some people will leave bigoted comments on it.

Shame any bigoted posts don't get deleted then, rather than lock the thread.

I think this has run its course now, if you want to discuss religion there is a current actice thread in the non related section.
