Title: Is this Cleaner any good?

I have been offered this Cleaner can anyone tell me if it is any good? It is the Altra 400psi oz model

Oh yes cheers Jim, Ant was asking last night if the Prochem fivestar was any good i didnt look at the pic in great detail.
