Title: how much you reckon i will be charged

hey everyone im currently limited company and want to close it down and go back to self employed, there is one years accounting do, under 10k, no paye to do, what do you reckon im going get charged for this??

My last accounts for a limited company I closed down cost about £550. You can download and fill out the relavent form for closing dissolving the company via the companies house website. I think you have to send a cheque for £20 or something to them with your form. It takes a few months for it to be registered 'dissolved'.
