Hi Guys,
I am tendering for a new contract and this is the first official tender i have ever gone through.
Can anyone help me out with the following documents please?
They are asking for:-
History of Organisation
Corporation organisation structure
Company organisation structure
Quality assurance policy
Health and safety at work policy.
Also what can I get away with putting in the NON Pay Costs?
Is this just a list of the costs I will incur that they are not expected to pay with in the contract?

did they ask for a diversity and equality policy and also an environmental policy?? yr company structure set up you start from the top with yourself ,down to any managers underneath you, to cleaning operatives and office staff just explainng their duties and responsibilities....best bet is to have a look on ocs site they often have a page with there policys on which will give you some idea...

No they ha ven't asked for diversity and equality policy and also an environmental policy.
They have asked for copies of last 3 years accounts.
