Title: looking to fill a trolley system from IBC. Whats the best way?

Hi,

I have a transit van with a 1,000L IBC tank that I use for power washing.
A lot of my customers are asking for a window cleaning service also.
I was thinking of buying a trolley system from either pure freedom or exel systems & I have a couple of questions.
I want to pump the water from my tank through DI resin directly into the trolley system so that I can fill the trolley in a couple of minutes.
What would be the best (Quickest) pump for this purpose?
How many DI vessels & what size would you reccommend using?
Were is the best place to buy these parts?
Which trolley would you recommend from your experience?
Any help would be much appreciated.
