Title: BARCLAYS business software
Post by: simon123 on August 30, 2008, 09:14:43 pm: Just signed up for new business software from Barclays . . . . £1000 worth !!! Costing me £17 a month , so wondered if anyone on here had tried it ?

You signed the contract and they have you proper now mate!! In my opinion the software is not even worth a pound let alone a grand.

The software is rubbish its only a couple of videos of some actors and a bit of jargon, good for the bin aswell.

in most legally binding contracts, there has to be a cooling off period , but in any case , you can write to them and cancel, though you may have to pay a fee it wont be as much as the annual contract..... but check the cooling off period first.
