Title: sacked by a customer!
Post by: johnny_h on August 30, 2008, 12:41:50 pm
i got sacked friday by a customer who thinks my attitude stinks!
the reason? last month was the first time she wasn't in when i did the windows and i had the brass neck to put an envelope and note in her door asking for a payment within 14 days and on the reverse it says if not paid within 28 days i reserve the right to add £2.50
she had told me she was going to be away and it had slipped my mind and her neighbour who went out knowing i was on the street had her money so i wouldnt of been paid anyway
my apology wasnt good enough for her so guess she cut off her nose to spite her face
picked up 3 new customers that day so i sacked her neighbour who has missed 3 of the last 4 cleans
just gotta love the old dears

I agree.

That's harsh. You can't do that to people.

I would have sacked you too.
Doubt that'll be the last one either.
