Title: BT ladder racks

In the middle of kitting out a Transit with a BT ladder rack but need to find out how to use (rope-up) the pully system. The rack has an eye-let (ring) at the front so do I loop the rope through this ?. Was hoping to track down a BT engineer but havent seen any about on my travals for a while -- typical.  Thanks

One of lifes horrible questions, hows does the BT ladder system work?
We did away with the rope and use a ratchet strap instead.
