I am glad im not the only one its something that should be done regularly but with a tds of only 35 and using 2 di vessels it should last a long time

why use resin if it is 000 before resin.

my tds is around 300 before, 004 after ro , and resin lasts ages, i have a inline before / after tds meter and change resin when it goes above 002. i have a seperate hand held tds and double check every so often
. i also use this to show custys difference between their water and mine  ;D

i think the 'polishing' refers to removing the final few tds from the water , in my case it is 004.

I checked mine the other day and I was shocked it was reading 31. Had to change it straight away. Luckily for me I keep 2 tiny 5L ones in the van to finish polishing off. Caught it just in time. Should check it more frequently as it's cheaper than losing customers and not being paid. ::)

its  just a rule i set my self when i first started out that if it reaches 001 i change it and i have stuck to it
i know you can use up to 010 but like i say its a rule  i set myself at least if its 000 any problems i get are my own fault operator erra
