Rescue plan in what sense?

Facing bankruptcy?

Liquidation?

Administrators?

Administration?

A rescue plan would normally involve an injection of funds....from somebody or some organisation (such as your bank increasing your overdraft facility).

How far down the road are you (or the company)?

what measures are in place should there need to be a rescue and how do you intend to carry out the rescue without causing further risk. who would make the rescue, what quals do they have, how soon etc.
If thats what you mean.

AJ,

Thats basically it but for me to draw up one from scratch would be a nightmare an very time consuming. I wouldn't mind seeing what someone else put into theres and filling it in to my spec.

In return for such a document I will be willing to share a couple of pieces from my valuable collection. A full and comprehensive 6 page Health & Safety Policy, (non site specific) Risk Assessments, Safety Audit, Equipment Check Report, Site Saftey Report, a blank Method Statement and even a full legally worded window cleaning spec contract (gold dust ).

Anyone?
