Title: Scratch on wood floor

Hi everyone.
One of my customers has a long scratch on his wood floor in the hallway. It is a dark oak colour floor. 
Would he have to get the floor sanded ect or is there a product out there to make it less visible?
Any suggestions would be fab as i told him i'd find out for this Thursday!

hi lisa

there is a product you can buy in b&q,  they are sticks of coloured wax that you can rub into the scratch and try to blend it with the rest of the floor.
