Title: ro will not work please help
Post by: poole bay on August 26, 2008, 09:18:35 pm: hi there people i have a brodex system 40/40 ro with water softner and 2, 20 inch pre fillters all fitted up and was working fine but now when i do a back wash that works fine when i spin the numpty thing to start makeing the water nothink comes out now it was really fast now slowed up and now not a drip im lost please help me . :(

when did you change the filters last ?

Post by: poole bay on August 27, 2008, 08:01:25 pm: the system is not that old really filters are not even 1 year old the pre filters are still on green and say that they do not need changing system has all ways been back flushed too. ???

what size are the filters and how much water do you use a day ?
I change my pre filters every month or so

have you looked at them ? a year sounds a long time to me defo worth a look I would say
