Getting my van sorted now. Be able top tackle more jobs.
Trying to think what other add on services to offer.
Obvious ones like gutter cleaning, soffits, cons roof etc.
Seen a few people started doing drive way cleaning, what other services do you offer?

Window cleaning!!!
If you've got enough work to fill your time, I can't see the advantage of doing other things - you just postpone the window cleaning that ought to have been done. If you've got a full round you're guaranteed work each and every day of the month - if you rely on "extras" to make up your turnover, you will never know if you've got enough work or not

i fully agree...this is the best advice ive heard you share Ian

i did some add on services when i was setting my business up....but that was to keep me going while i was canvassing and getting calls in. Luke

you are so right ian, ive been doing extras and falling behind with my round
now i have learned and now i say extras are done on rainy days, so hopefully ill have a list of things to do, and still earn a good amount even on a rainy day ;)

Good point, i save carpet cleaning for the wet weather it makes a big difference to my annual turnover.
I am a window cleaner, always have been but its good to have a couple of options available for the very wet days, i hate sitting at home thinking i should be earning money!!
