Title: Commercial contract

Can anyone provide me with a professional commercial window cleaning contract example. Ive just won a decent commercial job and they have asked me to provide a contract document for two years as I have now completed a three months trial period. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thank you Ewan that is very helpfull. I presume from the poor response most window cleaners dont use contracts. Thanks again.
