That's your decision, but remember that to get to those top ones, even with long goosneck, you'd have to stand in the road, and possibly have traffic diverted or something.
(Of course If you're going to do it trad, just hop from one window sill to the next, and hold on to the sashes.) JUST KIDDING
the ledge at thetop looks wide enough to walk across, many years ago on a simlar building my dad went out the end window,i closed it then cleaned all the insides and was at the other end to open the window so he could get back in
How is your dads back lol. ;D ;D ;D

What size pole you got in mind for that job? looks pretty high to the top and sticking out ledges!

£250 plus vat for the front
About spot on IMO.
-
agree with matts price ..days work...get it done a bit quicker happy days
-
£140 plus travel if you live further than 5 miles.
The job should take around 4 hrs once your on top of it, using SL2 of course, or if using heavy pole full day and sore back and £200 plus.
The only problem I can see with the job is the 1st floor which has stupid railings in front of the windows.

ive done that job before mate, they are fussy and the back is really awkward , its in H*****d road right ?, if youve got front and back its a days work for 2 ,if you want any info mail me
-
nice shash windows too to make the job a delight :D
-
the balcs are no problem ,we just poled the tops a trad the bottoms, once out you can walk all the way along
have you got the back as theres no pics
-
Yes I have to quote for the hwole building ???
-
do you have to stand out right in the road?
-
it depends what goose neck you have , we used the standard ionics goose neck and stood off the pavement by a couple of feet for the top floor only,
round the back your working off a flat roof which changes in height and has a couple of court yards
the windows they are fussy about are the ground floor ones, did you notice the flower pots on every window sill, there not very quick at moving them, i would ask them 1st thing to move them.
it think it was 2006 i done the job,so there might be different management there now
on the front i had the use of 35 ft and 60ft poles and if i remember right the top 2 floors were 60ft
