Can't see a 20ft on their site but the 21ft is as follows............
Collapsed length with head folded down is 6 foot 3" (193cm)

Weight without brush head - 3.1 kgs

Weight with 10" brush 3.7 kgs

Just phoned Brodex: Rhys is off till Tuesday but spoke to Patrick.  Offer is genuine.  Shame it doesn't include the 18ft - that's the most useful size IMO.  I've had one for about a year now and it's superb, but of course I don't need a new one!!

Trying to make up my mind whether to invest a few hundred in a range for stock.

thats what confused me and if its 6.3 folded down i take it it would be three section which still only gives you 18.9 where does 21 come from

Looking at the bulk flow as 25% off changing from Di to RO very little knowledge of RO s offering 3 yrs warranty , they seem a bit more expensive than some , is there a lot that can go wrong with the ROs ?  to warrant the extra money for the warranty     thanks Ned

Bare pole it's 6'6", but I've got a double adjustable thingy on mine to give a bit more reach over window sills, with that and the brush it's over 7', but I still use it for just about everything.

I have had one for several months now (I have the 21 ft version they call it a 24 ft) Its 0.6 kg heavier than the hybrid xtel, and I know that for a fact as I weighed them myself. There is no doubt its a strong pole and its usable all day too. I like the fact that It just doesn't seem to wear and because its anodized no dirty paws either.

I have the 21 ft and the 6 ft Prolong gold poles, they are good everyday poles and will last too.

I have had no problems with customer service, but I have only ever bought two poles.

have they reduced these because they have a new alloy range which are lighter?
these are indeed lovely poles but far too heavy imo.
