How did you get on getting insurance for your van? I'm asking because i have a seventeen year old lad and his insurance premium is unbelievable for a crappy cheap Fiat Punto!

somebody i know of paid just over 1000 pound for a Ford Escort 1.4......and he is 21 and just come off a 1 year ban....that was with confused.com with an ecar quote, Luke

£1400 was the cheapest for my lad then when he passes his test they wack it up to £2900 because then he'll be driving on his own!!!!

I pay around 400 quid for my 2.0 hdi expert fully comp. my dad is on it too, Luke

£2600 - even worse! The car's only worth £2000 you've done well Luke to get your van so cheap.

2500 for year for my mondeo next month for next year or 1300 for a transit, guess what im gonna be insuring next year! :)
