Title: This Country
Post by: johns window kleen on August 19, 2008, 05:46:59 pm
Unberfunkin leavable,  worked from 8.00 dodging showers and blackening skies until 3.30 when it hammered it down, and I gave up.
Now at  5.45PM it's all sunshine, and blue sky.
Tempted to go out again but cant as all remaining are chippies or restaraunts.
Roll on Winter.

Couldnt crack on mate it was teeming down. Was doing domestics and peeps were in, and I dont think its fair to clean in heavy rain, and the custys do not like it.
I actually gave the last one the option as I had done fronts (and I have to cart trolley through this particular house)when it was spitting then it poured and she said leave backs.
I'll do em tomorrow touch wood.

i had one lady today( a farm   "they are loaded)  come out and say "dont bother today, its too wet"  ???   ....it wasnt even raining at the time and she had washing on the line....i said no probs , but i will replace you on my list with a regular customer, as i need regulars come rain or shine...

she replied " oh ok then  please do them.... :D
it sounds a bit harsh of me, but she had done this to me a few years back when i really needed the work :(

apart from her all my custies been sound.... iv had only 3 days off this year due to bad weather....ut in my opinion thats still a lot of money lost :o
