Title: Terrazzo flooring (historic stains)

I have just taken a new shop Contract and have been asked if it is possible to remove historic stains ie, hair dye / wine etc from Terrazzo flooring, although only small areas is it possible to buy small quantities of cleaning fluids/ restorers etc.?.

Are the Terrazzo floors stain-free in some areas then, I only want an answer relative to the question.
