Have any of you come across this at all?
water seems to be fluttering when coming out of brush head, sounds like a passing helicopter when on the glass.
Made sure jets are not blocked and even changed pressure switch thinking it might be on its way out :-\.
Any advice greatly appreciated andy

"flutteruing" I thought that you were unhappy with your pump and were trying to use this as a substitute for swearing ;D
The problem sounds like an airlock in the supply.

whats the best way to get rid of the air

could the pump be on its way out

Sounds like it could be similar to an issue that I had not so long ago, resin escaping from the resin canister and getting caught in your hose and causing build up of pressure, so that you get a very uneven flow.
Cause of it was loose connection in resin tank that came loose from time to time during driving.
Suggest that you unroll your hose and disconnect it and flush it out and empty your resin tank and make sure that all connections are ok.
Don't know if this is any help.

If there is air coming through the pole hose then it must be getting in somewhere on the intake side, strip the joints down and refit tightly preferably without any joints.
