I used to think so - especially as I trailed a wfp system from OTT (Ionics) many years ago which was well ahead of the game.

However after meeting them at Windex and seeing the new wfp system for inside windows which is a carpet cleaning machine with a di vessel bolted on to it and can just about manage to remove dust from glass,  and of course the gutter keeper which is as good as a headache for anything other than your standard house and their wfp poles, which to be honest IMO are behind the times.

I think they were cutting edge but now sadly are falling behind rapidly. I also found the sale peoples arrogance at Windex astounding once you started asking "difficult" questions.

I found that aswell, but speaking to the boss was a lot different the guy was very clued up on marketing and was refreshing to speak to someone like that and was also down to earth Craig if memory serves correct.
