Title: Newbury Job

Anyone cover Newbury, would have to be WFP with possibly 30 foot plus pole.
Job will be through me.
Property consists of 12 flats but done as a single job.
I have seen it as we went past there today but to keep the price down it would be better to subby it out someone local.
I need someone to pop along and have a look and price it asp.
Would be possible every 4 to 6 months.
