Title: After Builders Clean

I need some advice on afterbuiders cleaning does anyone have any specific methods, products they use to these cleans! How much time they take and how much shold I charge for a Three bedroom 3 bathroom town house two double receptions not too dusty just had decorators in and are just about to move in your help would be greatly appreciated

This is a sparkle clean, charge £60 - £80

If you have been offered the Sparkle Clean, who has done the Build Clean and the Final (General) Clean?
Agree with the £60-£80 pricing, but beware of others who will do it for a lot less.
We have a Building Company who have told us that they would rather pay a lot less and get the cleaners to return for a second time to get the work to a satisfactory level.
