Title: Builders Clean near Devizes

Do any of you cover the Devizes area?
We have landed a very nice/big job doing window cleaning, and they have asked about carpets/oven/kitchen cleaning.

Hi Mitch, they will not be my cleaners or sub contract from me, the custie asked if I knew people & I said yes, if I provide the details they can contact the custie direct.

Alan, as far as I know Myers did do that last job, as the custie did not pester me anymore! Superb! He can have the details of this as well if he contacts me ;D

Personally been knocked three times this year on new builds.

Had one come in the other day for three units. I could not do as was too busy so tried to pass onto two local contacts. They did not want as they were both owed money from the builder for over 6 months.

Not really my main line of work but feel soory for the contractors that specialise in builder cleans. Supose they know who the bad ones are.

You will not be dealing with builders, you will be dealing directly with the people who own the property.
