Post by: seandyer2003 on August 11, 2008, 09:06:19 am
on the window cleaning warehouse website there is their own brand of backpack for £80 or the shurflo for £180, anyone used the window cleaning warehouse one, it has a small capacity, 15L but i only want it for those awkward windows where i need to climb, go through house etc, anyone??

I have a Shurflo personally but previous posts about the WCW backpack has been good. Apparantly the flow is just right which is good considering there is only one speed setting.

Flow is too much from previous posts, you need a control valve for it.

Ask Luke Johnson (forum name Rupertthehare) He has got one.

Had no import tax, was much cheaper, but shipping is a bit more. But at that point, they were selling everywhere for £200 or so. So that was definitely a bargain.

I got one off ebay that's identical to the WCW one. Its a brilliant bit of kit, but I did find the flow rate a bit high. I made some 1.5mm jets and they fix this problem perfectly,.. I just use that brush every time I get the backpack out.
