Title: VAN PURCHASE- BEST TO HIRE OURCHASE OR CONTRACT HIRE??

Is it more cost effective to buy a van outright or contract hire and get the monthly cost tax decutable each month?  I could buy outright but don't want to do that if I lose out on tax deductable earnings.
