Heard the other day that Karcher have taken over Prochem, Is this true?

Karcher took over the group that owns Prochem in America. However Prochem in the UK is a private business and was not affected.

They also acquired Windsor Ind, Graco manufacturing and century 400 (ninja fame) think they may have Castle Rock Industries, Inc. not bad for a DIY outfit. It may be a euro thing

Think HM here in the UK are also independent
