been reading through a few web sites terms and conditions, a lot are very similar in some cases word for word , anyway to all those with terms and conditions on web sites how many have had to impliment any ie
refusals on rainy days - and do you get paid ,and keep custy?
locked gates -charging 75% of clean
cancelling services -when you have turned up to clean,
and in general , how they work in the real world, as i am thinking of getting a web site , after nearly 20 yrs in the trade, and like the idea of terms and conditions, so i and custys now where we stand.

ticking to terms and conditions is all well and good many dont, if I get a cancel at the door (not this time they are charged 50% more the next clean.
I tend to be quite hard nosed on things like this as I do not mess people around, nor do I want to be messed about.
I also charge a late payment fee I they do not send there payments, some say you cant do this but I personally disagree as I do it and have done for a long time.
